Appointment lengths are an hour or half an hour. You will need to fill out a short consultation form at your first appointment and depending on your reason for treatment, some assessment may be included in that time. People's needs are different so treatment is very much geared towards the individual. Your needs can be discussed during your consultation.

It is a good idea to bring a pair of shorts to change into.
